We ask that you please Drop off and Pickup unless you have a child with special needs or you are attending a " Parent Optional Class." In this case, please arrange for a babysitter or other parent to watch your other kids during class. Art class is a special time for your student to focus and create! Hiking trails, Parks, Coffee, Groceries, all are very nearby our studio. We would encourage you to grab some catch up time with other parents during art class in our courtyard. Your student will be eager to show you at pickup what they have made. Students are not released until parents arrive out front.
All art supplies are provided! However, please have your student bring an apron, an optional sketchbook for notes, extra practice or homework, and a water bottle if they want one. A participation waiver must be signed prior to class.
Pricing varies on grade level and time. $40 per 65 min class; $45 per 80 min class: $50 per 90 min class. Payment is per semester (7-8 classes)or drop in for a day. Clay and Dessert Decorating classes require a one time $20 supplies fee. Remote classes incur a travel charge based on distance.

We are happy to accommodate! We will work together to schedule a make-up class on our popular Art Makeup Mondays for any reason . Up to 3 Makeup Mondays can be scheduled during the semester per family. If we have openings in other same level classes, you may be able to switch for a class. We recommend to register by Drop in Dates, if you know you will be absent certain dates or if you want to pick certain projects or have scheduling conflicts. No refunds are given for cancellations.
Your student will learn a variety of mediums and techniques such as drawing, painting, building, sculpting, and collage. Students learn to use clay, watercolor, chalk pastel, recycled paper, acrylics, and many more art methods to create unique and beautiful compositions of animals, landscapes, portraits, abstract expressions, and more! We study famous artists in history and cultural folk art of a different continent each year. Lots of children's book illustrators are also used as inspiration. Students are challenged to make something new, but to learn techniques and processes of the masters.
Yes. The beautiful, freshly painted wet, sometimes glittery, messy art stays with us until .... At the End of the School Year we put on an AMAZING ART SHOWCASE Late Spring for friends and family not to be missed! Whether you are a drop in or semester student, Your Child's artwork will also be digitally uploaded to an online Children's Art Gallery called Artsonia.com throughout the school year. Artwork can be purchased there and comments can be shared with family and friends through an email parent account. A portion of the treasure sales goes to support our Annual Art Showcase. This leaves all the project planning, supply gathering, organization, gift making mess and clean up to us! All original artwork is returned after the art showcase unless you request otherwise.
Yes! We can bring the fun to you. A minimum of 6 students would be needed for a class and projects can be adjusted to a broader age group if needed. Travel fees are added based on distance. A Host Parent would volunteer to help set up and clean up each week, provide venue and Host Parent child would attend for Free! All art supplies are packed in and out. At the end of the year, your co-op can participate in our annual art show, or you may host one yourself.
